Size Guide

Measuring your finger size

Download our at home ring size guide here.

To measure your finger size at home, have a look at our Ring Sizer here. The cost of the ring sizer is R100.

Alternatively, visit your nearest jeweller to have your finger measured with them.

If you have a ring that fits on the same finger on which you would like to wear your new Victoria’s ring, you can use that to measure your size.

  • Place the ring flat on a ruler
  • Measure the inside diameter of the ring. Please don’t measure from the outside to the outside. You should get a measurement in millimeter (mm).
  • Match the measurement to the chart below. We use the alphabet letters.
  • If you have questions or need help, use the chat feature at the bottom left of the screen to talk to one of us.

Please note, that should you be measuring your finger at home and the ring sizing is incorrect for you we can not be held liable for it. Any incorrect sized rings will have to be returned to us for resizing. The cost for the return and the subsequent sizing is payable by the client. Please do not use string to measure the circumference of your finger, it never produces and accurate result.

A note about ring sizes

Should you require a ring in a different size than what is listed on the product description page, please do enquire with us whether we can adjust the size or make a new ring in your size.

Most of the rings that we manufacture ourselves have a dropdown option on the product page to select the ring size that you need. If you would like to order a half size or a size smaller or bigger than the options on the page, just send us a message with your order. For products where you are able to select your ring size there is no additional charge.

Sizing of silver rings are charged at R280 for 2 sizes up or down.

Gold rings will be made in your ring size as per product page. If your ring size is not listed on the gold item, please do get in touch with us.

A note on gold rings

Please ensure that you do provide us with the correct size for your gold ring. As the cost in sizing a gold ring can escalate quickly. If you're unsure about your ring size, do get in touch with us.

Bracelets

Please note the bracelet lengths in the description of the product.

A note on Pendants

Our pendants are sold without a chain (unless it mentions on the product description page that a chain is included). Should you wish to purchase a chain for your pendant, please choose one on our chains page.

Jewellery Care

General Jewellery Care Tips

  • Store your jewellery in a jewellery box. Keep them in separate pouches or compartments to avoid scratching
  • Don't store your jewels in direct sunlight or near high heat sources
  • Remove your gems when your swimming, bathing or doing the dishes
  • The gym is not the place you want to show off your new sparkling piece
  • Abrasive cleaners and chemicals are mostly a no for cleaning your jewellery

Rhodium, Rose and Yellow Gold Plating

Rhodium ads a protective layer to your jewellery and gives it a bright white colour and lustre. Platings do wear off naturally over time and most women know that eventually you need to take your item to a jeweller to have it re-plated.

Notes on Sterling Silver Jewellery

Sterling silver jewellery naturally oxidise and tarnish over time, due to exposure to humidity, air and sweat. This can easily be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth, we do not recommend using silver dip cleaners as they can do damage to certain stones.

We do sell silver and gold polishing cloths and you are welcome to get in touch with us regarding care for your new jewellery.

Returns

Easy and hassle free returns! Should you not be 100% satisfied with the item you receive get in touch with us immediately.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. See our return policy for full details.
