Shipping

  • Free South African shipping for purchases over R2000
  • Your parcel is fully insured and trackable until delivered
  • For your (and our) peace of mind we do not ship high value items on Fridays. Our courier is awesome and our insurance policy rock-solid, but we would rather play it safe.
  • Shopping internationally? We will ship to any country where it's legal. Yes, some countries do not allow jewellery imports. Get in touch with us and we will check if we can ship to you. Your country may charge import and or VAT duties on your purchase.

    If your piece is a made on order item, we'll be in touch after you complete the purchase with an estimated completion date.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from delivery should you wish to return your purchase.

    We hope that you love it, but you're buying off the internet. It's just good to know that we've got your back on this!

Payment options

  • We take them all! (Well, almost)
  • Pay with your credit card or use your phone to scan the Zapper icon. Do split payments with Mobicred or interest free with PayJustNow. We even accept a wide range of RCS store cards!
  • EFT payment is also available. Just note that payment needs to be done within 48 hours of placing your order. Your order will only ship once the funds clear in our account.
