Shipping and Payment

All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in Victoria’s packaging. 

Local Orders - South Africa

Our shipping fee is R135 per order and we ship anywhere in South Africa. Our parcels are fully insured and trackable until they are delivered. 

For customers in the Cape Town Metropolitan area we offer in-store pick up in our Somerset West or Hermanus stores. You may select your preferred store during checkout. We will let you know as soon as your parcel is ready for in-store collection.

When will you get it? 

Processing of an order takes 24 hours after it has been placed. We will notify you after your order has been placed if there will be delay if stock needs to come from our Hermanus store. If adjustments need to be made to rings before shipping we will inform you of the waiting period as well. 

Certain items are made on order and production time can be up to 3 weeks. The product description will inform you if a piece is made on order. 

Standard Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 days to main centres in South Africa. Delivery outside of main centres are usually one day extra. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

You can select Overnight Shipping on the shipping page and delivery of your parcel will be within 1 to 2 days to main centres with a day extra for outlaying areas.

We unfortunately can not send to a PO Box, please provide us with a physical address where you can receive your new jewellery and try it on immediately!

The courier company that we use (The Courier Guy) do not collect or deliver on weekends or public holidays. Should you not be available when the courier attempts delivery they will attempt a second delivery on the same day. Should the second attempt also not be successful the parcel will be returned to us and client will be responsible for cost of sending a second time. 

International Orders

We use DHL Express for our international shipping. Delivery of items normally takes 5-7 working days, depending on location in the world and customs in the destination country. The cost for this is ZAR 800.00 

All our parcels are fully insured and once dispatched you will receive a tracking number to ensure that you know exactly where your new jewellery is. You will receive periodic email and or sms text updates from DHL on the progress of your delivery. 

Shipping to the UK and the EU

Currently, we are not shipping parcels to the UK and the EU under the value of ZAR 3000.00 

A note on Customs and Imports

Depending on your country of residence you might be liable for customs, tax and import duties, might need a permit, have product and import restrictions and / or other local requirements and laws. These policies vary from country to country. The onus lies on you to ensure that you may order and import one of our pieces. We can not be held liable for any extra charges, import and customs duties. 

We can not send loose, unset or rough stones outside of the borders of South Africa. We can only send stones that have been set in jewellery. 

Payment Options

We accept VISA and MasterCard online and our payments are handled by PayFast. All transactions are safe and secure and Victoria's does not see or store any of your credit card information. 

You can also pay with Mobicred by choosing PayFast as your payment method on checkout. Mobicred is an online revolving credit facility that allows you to shop on Victoria's Jewellery and repay the amount in monthly instalments.
The displayed monthly payment amount is indicative monthly pricing for 12 months at 18.25% interest per annum including a monthly fee but excludes a once-off account initiation fee.

For interest free monthly payments choose the PayJustNow option on checkout to split your payment into 3 interest free payments. 

For orders placed and to be delivered in South Africa you may also pay via EFT. Just select the Bank Deposit option on the payment page. Orders paid via EFT will only be processed and dispatched once payment has cleared and is visible in our bank account. No work will commence until the funds reflect in our account. Please note that EFT orders not paid within 48 hours after placing the order will be cancelled and items will be restocked in the store.
