Sizing Guide

A note about the pieces on our online store

The pieces that you see online are currently in stock and on hand. Should you require a ring in a different size than what is listed on the product description page, please do enquire with us whether we can adjust the size or make a new ring in your size.

Most of the time this can be done and won't add much time to the delivery status of your order. Most of our silver and gold rings can easily be sized 2 sizes up or down. When you enquire we will also be able to tell you what the cost of the sizing will be.

If we're not able to adjust the size of the ring, we will in most cases be able to manufacture a ring in your size.

Sizing of silver rings are charged at R190 for 2 sizes up or down.

Sizing of gold rings are charged at R350 for one size up or down and an additional R150 for each size there after.

A separate bill will be generated and sent to the client.

The best and most accurate way to know your ring size is to have it done at a jeweller. You can walk into any jewellery store and ask to have your finger size measured.

Please do not use string to measure the circumference of your finger. It never produces and accurate result.

If you have a ring that fits on the same finger on which you would like to wear your new Victoria’s ring, you can use that to measure your size.

  • Place the ring flat on a ruler
  • Measure the inside diameter of the ring. Please don’t measure from the outside to the outside. You should get a measurement in millimeter (mm).
  • We can use this inside diameter measurement to determine your finger size.

When placing your order, please put your ring size (if you know this) or the mm measurement that you measured from one of your current rings in the comment box. If we don’t receive a ring size from you, we will be in touch as soon as we receive your order to confirm your size.

Please note, that should you be measuring your finger at home and the ring sizing is incorrect for you we can not be held liable for it. We highly recommend having your finger measured at a jewellery store. Any incorrect sized rings will have to be returned to us for resizing. The cost for the return and the subsequent sizing is payable by the client. We do not recommend having our pieces sized or serviced by other jewellers. Should you have a repair or resizing request, please do get in touch with us and will gladly assist.

In our workshop we use the UK size for our rings and that's also the size that you will see on the product pages on our site. Below is the conversion chart that we use should you provide us your ring size in US or EU measurements.

A note on gold rings

Please ensure that you do provide us with the correct size for your gold ring. As the cost in sizing a gold ring can escalate quickly. If you're unsure about your ring size, do get in touch with us.

Sizing of gold rings are charged at R350 for one size up or down and an additional R150 for each size there after. When we calculate sizes we use the UK (alphabetical scale). Please enquire with us before ordering to get the total cost of your piece.

Please note the bracelet lengths in the description of the product. Should you require the bracelet in a different length, please do let us know in the comment section when ordering, or alternatively send us a message before placing your order.

A note on Pendants

Our pendants are sold without a chain (unless it mentions on the product description page that a chain is included). Should you wish to purchase a chain for your pendant, please choose one on our chains page

A note on Tanzanite Certifications

Our Tanzanite stones under 1ct do not automatically come with a Gemological report, as well do our Tanzanite pieces in 925 Sterling Silver. These certifications can be requested by a customer upon ordering and there will be a Gemological Report charge of R500 for the report. We will, on request, provide a store valuation for these pieces.
