The holiday season is here and it is time for family and friends to gather and end off another year. Here are some important dates regarding orders placed in December 2022 and January 2023.Â
Our Somerset West store is trading normally and will be closed on the following dates -Â
- 25, 26, 27 December 2022 and 1 January 2023
Our online store remains open throughout and we will be processing and sending out orders as usual. Our "Ready to Ship" collections are all in-stock items that will ship normally. Please note that during this time of the year there could be slight delays with courier services due to increased parcel traffic.Â
Our courier service also do not operate on public holidays or weekends, if in doubt, get in touch with us and we can give you an estimated delivery date for your purchase.Â
Workshop
Our workshop is taking their annual break from 21 December 2022 until 9 January 2023. During this period we will not be able to process any ring sizings, custom creations or any "made on order" items.Â
Made on Order Items
Many of our rings are made on order in the ring size that you require it in. With most of our metal and stones suppliers only reopening from the 9th January 2023, any orders received for one of these items will only start production then.Â
Before ordering, get in touch with us via the chat feature on the store (bottom left corner) or via our WhatsApp number. Our customer support is online until 8pm daily throughout the holiday season. We will be happy to assist and give estimated dates for completion of Made on Order items.Â
